I am a "lover of quotes." One of my favorite websites is quotationspage.com. Almost daily, I stop by to read their "quotes of the day." I have so many quotes that inspire me, but among my top favorites is this one:
"In every community, there is work to be done. In every nation, there are wounds to heal. In every heart, there is the power to do it." ~ Marianne Williamson
It inspires me. It comforts me. It motivates me. It makes my heart sing.

My current favorite quote is:
"If everyone is thinking alike, then somebody isn't thinking."
- George S. Patton
I picked this quote because I think we benefit so much from synergy. I have to remember this and if I am not hearing other opinions, I seak them out because I benefit from hearing them..
Well, as of Sunday my favorite quote is:
A baby lump of nothingness is absurd!"
It comes from the fact that something had to come from something. And that something can't come from nothing. So in truth, you can't have a lump of nothing. :D
My all time favorite quote is:
Passion without action is just a good intention.
I think that speaks for itself!

Speaking of quotes, I love the quotes at the top of each page. Any chance they are all being compiled somewhere so I can read the ones I missed?

Dwell in possibility...Emily Dickenson
I always want to be open to change, opportunities, new people and new experiences in life. Creativity thrives and my world expands.
If I shut down and get tunnel vision my world shrinks.

"To the world you may be one person, but to one person you may be the world"
One of my favorite 'funny' quotes:
"Beware of running with scissors and other pointy objects. It's all good fun until someone loses an eye." ~ Jack Handey
and...
"Suppose you were an idiot; and suppose you were a member of Congress. But I repeat myself." ~ Mark Twain

On of the happier ones, from the playwight that wrote _The Beggars' Opera_ in the 18th century, the source of Brecht's _Threepenny Opera_:
Life is a joke,
and all things show it.
I thought so once,
and now I know it.
--- John Gay, 18th century
