Baking hint ... substituting ingredients

I just got my monthly email from Taste of Home and it had a link in it for the McCormick website that has spice, herb, & extract substitutions you can use if you realize at the last minute you don't have the right ingredient.

I have already printed it out and will tack it to the inside of my baking cupboard door.
