I know this sounds like such a weird band name, but you may actually like it! I love to listen to it while Im working out, for some reason it always puts me in a good mood! I just love the beat, and the chorous..

I got some tapes of civil rights songs and women coal miner union songs.

But I guess you all figured it would be something like that!

What kind of motivation are you looking for? To work out?

Wow! I was thinking motivation in the moral ethical sense!

I like to work out in as quiet an atmosphere as possible, it's a very good "think time" for me.

My brain processes very well when the body is in action.

All kinds of motivation. Songs to chill out to that make you think and are inspiring or motivating. Songs that motivate you to get up and shake your booty. Songs that make you want to work out.

Okay...my all time favorite "pick me up and get me going" song is R-E-S-P-E-C-T by Aretha. Does it get any better than that?

I like the perky country songs - they tend to make my feet move

For quiet or just feeling good - I love gospel songs and hymns. My favorite is "How Great Thou ART ".
