What inventions have you enjoyed or that has made your life more pleasant?

One of my favorites that I have claimed has "change my life" is the Intuition razor. :D It's super! You can shave your legs with just water. You don't need soap or shaving cream. It's soooo convenient and it gives you a great shave.

I also love wireless internet. I feel spoiled having a little laptop that can go anywhere in my place!

I don't own one, but the portable DVD players I have noticed have really come in handy with little curtian crawlers. Especially in the car for long trips, turn on their favorite movie and they are set, and leaves you not answering "are we there yet?" 500 times.

The microwave, wireless internet, Starbucks, and cell phone. ;) I still can't remember what life was like without a microwave to pop things in just to heat up! I also like being able to take my laptop anywhere while drinking my favorite coffee drink! :drink:

My cell phone has become a security blanket for me, I think. I hate to leave home without it!

I guess another good invention that I find is a time saver and makes the chore a little easier is pay at the pump gasoline service. Just slide card in, pump gas, get receipt, and leave! *outtahere

I would think that the Debit Card and Internet Banking are the greatest inventions: these days, I hardly have any excuse to step into a bank :woohoo:

Ohhh, good ideas.

Internet banking and debit cards are brilliant. I love wireless internet. I don't know how I lived before cell phones...even though I rarely use it. My kids have the number and they can always track me down.

Don't forget the dishwasher and washing machine.... ;)

Of course I remember when we got our first color TV.

While I really don't care for diswashers I don't know what I'd do without a washing machine. While I'll never use diapers again, I think that disposible diapers are also a great invention: I still remember my mom having to wash my baby brother's cloth diapers... seemed like she was always doing :laundry:

Computers as opposed to typewriters!!!!! - I remember the only method of carbon paper to make copies and tippex (correction fluid) if you made a mistake - it was helllish if you made a mistake on a document which had 3 copies - oh and i love my washing machine, mobile phone and microwave

I agree with all of the previous posts.

I love the Intuition Razor, I keep it in my travel bag and do not have to pack the shaving cream/gel, etc.

Microwave, great.
Cell Phone....a must have.
Laptop...how did I get along with out one for so long.
Wireless internet...again, how did I get by.
ATM/Internet banking....I can get money anytime and balance the checkbook daily.

This is not new, but new to the company I work for ... DIRECT DEPOSIT. I love it, no reason to go to the bank ever with direct deposit, internet banking.

The one thing I forgot to list in my earlier post is the INTERNET.

Where would be without the internet? We would not have this wonderful site to post on.

You can find anything on the internet. I live on the internet.
