I use "Barkeeper" on my sink. Its kind of like Comet or Ajax but has something extra for the stainless/metal aspect. It really makes mine shine. :D

I also use Barkeepers Friend and wipe it dry with a soft cloth. I Iove the results! I use a small toothbrush (only used on the sink :D ) to brush around the faucet, sprayer, and soap dispenser. You can also use baking soda or dishwashing detergent.
