What is the worst thing that has happened while you were online?

:eek: I almost burned the :o beans because I didn't want to get off and go check them. :shrug: That would have been a hard one to explain to dh. Am I the only one? What disasters have happened while you were online?

When I first got the Internet in 1994, I would forget to go to bed! I would do all the family stuff - dinner, baths, read stories - whatever until the kids were in bed and then I would get on the computer. I would look at the clock and realize it was 4 AM! Yikes! I did that way too many times before I settled down! I love my computer way too much, even now!

I used to do the .. forget to go to bed thing too :) Morings were great eh! I have burned to many things to even think of haha.... I love my computer *hugz it real tight*

Well, I normally stay up half the night whether I'm on the computer or not. I burn stuff pretty regularly, too, and can't really blame being online. So, I'm going to have to say that the worst thing that happens to me online is all the porn crap and spam.

I was at work trying to find a site my boss wanted for some information and a bunch of porn pictures started popping up all over the place. It was horrible and we had clients in the office. The only thing I could do was reach down and turn off the computer. Needless to say we got the spam filters and all the other stuff that keeps pop ups away.
