If someone were making a movie of your life, who would you want to portray you? Why?
Recently while watching a movie with Diane Keaton, hubby said "she looks like you". I love her! So yes, I think she could play me! :D

I am not sure who would portray me but Jason Alexander would be good for my DH!

My DH says I look like Susan Sarandon. I don't know, maybe Sandra Bullock. I like her down to earth nature.

WIth you on that one Realtor... Sandra Bullock for sure!
Claire Danes. When I was younger and a freshman in college, people would stop me all the time to tell me I looked like her. They became my new friends instantly. Now that we have both grown up, I don't see the resemblence anymore.

I'm not sure but she'd have to be pretty short
Maybe Sally Fields ( wouldn't mind looking like her at all )

I'll say Meg Ryan...
Jane Seymour, Jacylyn Smith, or Catherine Zeta Jones :)

I would like Kyra Sedgwick to play me. We dont really look alike but I like how she acts gutsy in movies... I LOVED her in Something to Talk About!

I guess Rosie O'Donnell. No one else comes to mind that is a little bit fluffy( like me) I am shorter than she is though.

I think a good casting director would approach either Lily Tomlin or Mary Steenburgen to audition for the role. ;)

There is a site where you can sign up and let them scan your picture and they match you with celebrities:

My matches are Audrey Hepburn, Sally Field, and Lauren Bacall.
I can live with those!

Hey, Sherry, it sounds like you are " a babe!" I'm too afraid that they match me with Margaret Hamilton, who portrayed the Wicked Witch in the Wizard of Oz! *omg*

 Carmen! You are too funy! I can't even come up with someone close to portraying me in a movie.
A man chased me through Winn Dixie one day thinking I was Susan Dey. Yeah right, like she would be in old clothes with paint all over them.......but I've been told that I look like her alot.

Oh, c'mon, Emily! If you really think about it, you should be able to come up with one Hollywood icon who could be cast in the role of "you." :D It does not have to be an exact look-alike...but simply someone who could "pull it off" and convey your essence. Reese Witherspoon is not a "double" of June Carter Cash, but many people feel she was great in the role.
Geez,
Sherry I just did that my heritage thing and it said I look like Joan Collins, Liza Minnelli, Nina Hagen whoever that is. And....Ashton Kutcher

Although I'd like it to be Meg Ryan because she is sooo cute and perky although have you seen her recently? I'm thinking a tiny bit too much botox as she is starting to look like a wax museum piece...
Mare Winningham or Leah Thompson would be most likely to play me in the movie of my life. :D

Carmen, you crack me up. I forgot to mention that I submitted a photo that was a couple of years and a couple of pounds ago. I liked how I looked four years ago better. I plan to look like that again one day soon. It is a fun site. I have been putting everyone's picture I have on my computer in there!

I saw Meg Ryan on Oprah just recently and I was shocked. She didnt even look like herself...almost like a cartoon character. I thought the same thing about Priscilla Presley when I saw her on Oprah. These are two naturally beautiful women. What a shame!
As to who might portray me? I've been told I look a lot like Winona Ryder, but I'd like Kirstie Alley to play me. She has such a great sense of humor and I like her life story. In many ways, she is a lot like me with the weight issues.

I DEFINATELY need someone who is a smart aleck to play me... it is the attitude that is most important to "getting me" right. The actress would need to have some curves on her too...
At this point the wardrobe people would be trying to keep up with all the earrings I keep making... they would probably thank me for cutting it out all ready. And the hairdressers on the set would be wondering "why didn't she get her highlights done more often... Did't she KNOW her roots looked like that"?

Gena Davis. I've always had friends tell me I look like her. I like the variety of roles she plays.
She would have to gain some weight and grow out her hair, but other wise, she'ld look like me.

If I had to pick someone to star as me in my life stroy I would definately pick someone who didn't look like me at all. That way I could be sure that it would be seen. I like Helen Hunt and Jamie Lee Curtis. It would take a very good actress to keep the audience interested. :D

I would pick Susan Sarandon. My DD says I look a bit like her but truthfully I am nowhere near that pretty. I'd like her to play me because I think we are a lot alike politically and because I admire her characters in recent movies. ( and when I was young I loved The Rocky Horror Picture Show).

And Peter Fonda would have a dead lock on playing my DH.

It would have to be my favorite actress, Sandra Bullock, hands down! She's so versatile, and such a talent, IMHO.
