Do any of you download coupons to your local store card?
What sites do you use to do this?
I've been trying to google it but can't find a site that will let me.
Will keep googling and post what I find, but could really use some help with this!
Thanks
MJ

shortcuts.com is the website that keeps coming up when I google.
I'm thinking that it may not be available for small stores. Our local grocery store is an IGA and we have a Perk Card.
Will keep looking and post what I find.

One of my local grocery stores used to have downloadable coupons, but they discontinued it about a year ago. I was sorry to see it go. Although they now send me coupons a few times a month. I saved $3 on the ham I bought for Easter dinner. :)

We can't use any kind of computer coupons at our grocery store. They found that people were altering them so they were getting free stuff, so no more computer generated coupons.

MJ,
I also get the Sunday paper, which is good for lots of coupons. I have occassionally bought a second paper if the coupons are really good. I have been to sites that allow you to download coupons, but have found them cumbersome and they usually want you to download software. I finally gave up on that. I use the paper and mail for my coupons.
You could ask at the customer service desk at the stores you frequent about coupons. Like I said above, mine snail mails me coupons several times a month. And it's based on my spending habits so I usually get coupons that I will use.
Pam, I have heard of many stores discontinuing downloaded coupons due to fraud.

I worked at the local grocery store a few years ago. We didn't take coupons that were printed on a home computer. There were a couple women in town who were changing them and making them fraudulent.

Like Kim, I have been known to purchase 2 Sunday papers if the coupons are really good that week. We can use those coupons at our stores, just not computer-generated ones.
One thing I started with my niece a couple of years ago - she lives in another state from me. We each made a list of the products that we regularly use. Then, when we are cutting out our coupons on Sunday and we see coupons for items that the other one uses but we don't, we cut them out and exchange them. We have been sending coupons back and forth for about 3 years now.

I had seen the option to download coupons onto your store saver card advertised for some supermarkets a few years ago, but haven't seen that option in a long time. What I remember was that it was store specific and you got the coupons from their website.
I regularly use on-line coupons I have printed from the Entertainment book and other places that send them to me through email without problem. Sometimes I'll search for on-line coupons for specific stores by googling the store name + coupon. When I use those coupons I always try to purchase on-line so there is less chance of being questioned where I obtained the coupon (I'm always afraid that one I find will be for a very specific target group that I'm not part of).
Take care

Your daily freebies and check there for free stuff. I love
getting goodies in the mail. I send away for them and use alot
of them as stocking stuffers... :)
