I know this thread sounds a little gossipy and naggy, but hey... We're "Girls" and that stuff is going to happen :p
In this thread feel free to let loose about something or someone that irritated or really tick you off.
Today on Twitter some jerk guy made a comment about how bad everyone's grammar and spelling was and how the school system has let us down. It bugged me that this guy was insulting the group, so I Twittered a reply. "So are you going to start red penning us?". He responded back "Unlikely since in my haste to bash others I misspelled grammar".. Ha, ha Karmic revenge :)

I just got back from the grocery store and am glad this thread is here to vent.
I brought Katey, my lab with me. I had the windows cracked so that she could stick her head out but high enough so that she can't jump out.
As I'm walking to my truck from the store there is a woman barking at my dog!
Katey is barking back as far out of the truck as she can be.
I yelled "Katey! Enough!" and she pulled her head back and sat down.
The woman looked at me and said "She started it."
The woman with her said, "Yeah, she started it."
My face must have shown what I was thinking b/c she quickly backed away from the truck.
Even if Katey did bark at them, she barked back! OMG, how dumb do you have to be? That's antagonizing her, of course she's going to bark more.
And to use the excuse 'she started it.' OMG how old are you? That's something grade school kids say. These were two grown adults who didn't see anything wrong with the situation.
"You can't fix stupid" has been a motto I've been using lately when people are acting blatantly stupid. Sadly I've used it three times this last week.
OMG, barking at a dog and then saying "she started it."
My blood is still boiling.

"You can't fix stupid"
;) I'm with you on that one. Those women were weirdo's. It's a good thing you came out of the store when you did.
I don't understand why people talk so loud on their cell phones.
Yesterday when I was waiting for my food at a local burger joint, this guy comes in, places his order and sits down at a table right next to mine (not like it was the closest to the counter or there weren't any other tables available since it was off-hours and pretty empty at the time). Then he pulls out his cell phone and proceeds to talk to someone in an extremely loud voice. He was even leaning back like you would do if you were on the phone all alone in your living room which made his voice carry even more.
Thankfully he had a takeout order that they brought over to him shortly after they brought my food so I was able to dine in peace.
Take care
