 hi,just wondering if there are any other shift workers out there? i live in an area where most women are homemakers,so i really have no peer group that can relate to that .if i take time for myself,i feel guilty that there is something else that suffers. at times i feel that if i don't take some time for me i'll short circuit. normally i have it more together, but right now i feel overwhelmed with my workload. maybe i just need to hear that someone else feels the same way..

Hi Spitfire,
What's a shiftworker? Is that where someone works different shifts? I work, but it's the first shift and it's the same hours Mon - Thurs, and 4 hours on Friday.

If you're feeling worn out, perhaps it is time for some you time. Take some time and pamper yourself. You are worth it!

Aww! I love dogs. Sounds like you have a house full of wonderful critters...two legged and four legged. Animals are great!
