Alright. I used to workout while watching TV in the gym... I started to struggle. I love music so started to bring it with me. I am looking for upbeat songs to workout to. Any suggestions? I am up for anything!!! :D

Here are some of my favorite upbeat songs:

Pump Up The Jam-by Technotronic
Gonna Make You Sweat-by C & C Music Factory
Conga-by Gloria Estefan
Super Freak -by Rick James
Be My Lover-by LaBouche
I'm So Excited-by The Pointer Sisters

Enjoy the music!

I'll tell you what song I HATE... it's something called "Don't you want me," and if I had $1 for everytime I heard it in a gym, especially in women's "shape up" classes I might be able to afford a new apartment!

Am I the only one who realises that this is a song where a guy is threatening to kill his girlfriend if she leaves him?!

I like to work out to Kid Rock or Limp Bizket. I have a little secret work out cd that I play when no one is around and it is all music from the Rocky movies, it really keeps me going (shhhhhh, kinda embarassing).

I work out to 80's hair metal. It keeps me pumped up and makes me smile listening to that stuff.

I think the soundtrack to Mamma Mia would be great to work out.
