Hello - I know this terrible disease effects us all in some way. I wanted to start a thread so we could post our prayer requests so no one is forgotten, or feels bad tacking their story onto another. Here's my story and request:
Two years ago my mother fought Stage II breast cancer with radiation and chemo. She won. At the beginning of the year she fought and won against thyroid cancer. This summer she was diagnosed with Stage IV breast cancer. This sucks. She can't catch a break. She's had radiation - it's in her bones. Please pray that they find a cure for her cancer. Pray that she won't have to deal with the pain that comes with this cancer. And pray that this cancer does not spread - and if it must - that it spreads slowly so she can witness all of her daughter's marriages and meet her grandbabies.
