View Full Version : Choosing Foundation?
I've always had a hard time finding a good foundation. I want one that covers imperfections well, without looking too thick or pasty. Finding a shade that blends perfectly with my skin tone is also a problem & I've yet to find the perfect foundation! Any suggestions on which brand is a good choice?

I use Bare Minerals and I love it! It's a powder form foundation and you can get it on the interent. You can blend your own "perfect" shade by combining the 2 you get and so on and so forth. I have "minor imperfections" (yes, the occassional zit) and it covers them well. It's also not bad for your skin as it doesn't clog pores, etc. It feels great on...like you're not even wearing make up!

Hi Mori,
I've been using Cover Girl Tru Blend. The foundation is suppose to blend in to match your skin tone. I really like it. I am fair skinned, but my shade kind of falls in the middle. Than come summer when I am in the sun a bit more, my tone will change. The Tru Blend blends in really well to match my current tone so that I don't have to buy a new shade.
I have used them all from the very expensive to the stuff you can pick up at the the local discount stores I have finally found the ultimate.. Bare Essentials LOVE it LOVE it... I found mine on the internet actually on E-Bay much cheaper....

I have been using "superfit makeup base" by Clinique. It is long wear and they have tons of shades & will work with you to find the one that matches you exactly. It provides coverage without being like a "mask" . I really love it!
Thanks to all your replies. :thankyou:
I think I'll visit my "Clinique" counter real soon. Thanks blongrl!
