Are you guilty of mindless snacking?
You know, the kind of snacking that you don't notice what it tastes like, how much you ate, or how full you are.....
My favorite: Popcorn. Lowfat, Orville Reddenbacher. Love it but can eat and eat and eat without thinking about it.
My second favorite: Pretzels.
Yes, the pattern seems to be salty carbs although I'd rather have these instead of chips...but I like chips too. I just don't tend to keep them in the house and I can usually justify having popcorn bags on hand.
Oh...and I love crackers. Another salty carb.
So I'm supposed to be Weight watch pointing and have found that although I am losing weight (2 pounds this week) I don't do well with counting my points....But that is another thread. :rofl:
