Eat More Fruits and Veggies

We all need natural energy. Not getting enough fruits and vegetables each day could be the reason why you don't have as much energy as you'd like. They can also help us maintain a healthy weight since they are low calorie and yet very filling!

Women need about double what they are getting now. Getting the daily recommended 7 servings each day is easier than you think. Since serving sizes are small, it's easy to eat 2-3 servings at a time.

Easy ways to eat your 7 every day include:
  • Eat a piece of fruit with your breakfast.
  • Snack on fruit or raw veggies throughout the day.
  • Eat a big salad for lunch (watch the salad dressing!).
  • Eat 2 servings of vegetables with your dinner.
