Paying off credit cards has never been fun. But paying it off makes you feel so good! By just paying the minimums, it would take you years to pay it off. That's why you must pay more than the minimum. Here are some tips to help you pay yours off faster and without paying so much interest.

Attack the high-interest debt card first. You will want to double, triple or even quadruple the minimum payments to get it paid off. Keep paying faithfully every month and start to see the balance drop! Once that card is paid off, move onto the next.

Another way is to start off with a small bill if it will help to motivate you. Seeing too many bills in one pile can be overwhelming. So start small and knock those out. Once the small ones have been paid off, go back to your high-interest card and pay it off.

Start paying more than the minimum. Even if it is an extra $50 a month could shave a couple years off! Cut out additional spending, like eating out, to put towards your debt.
