Take time for yourself to learn a new hobby or indulge in one that you have set aside because you thought you didn't have enough time. We all have the same amount of time each week. Its what we do with it. Instead of sitting on your couch absorbing another reality TV show, make your own reality. Read a book. Knit a blanket. Redecorate your room or plant a garden.
