After you have filled out your registration at GirlsGetGoing your account is not active until you have received the "confirmation" email and clicked the link in the email. This email verifies your email address and completes your registration, giving you the ability to participate in the site. You can not participate in the site discussions, blogs, etc, until you finish the registration process.

If you did not get your email to complete registration, check your spam/junk folder! If you use Yahoo email, it tends to filter our email and sometimes will toss it without your knowledge. You can request another email here: Request activation email

After you have completed registration, we suggest starting first in your user control panel which can be found once you are registered and logged into the site on the green bar, center of the page, near the top: User CP.

From your User Control Panel you can click to edit your profile. Change your custom title. Fill out your information details: "Location", "Biography", "Interests", "Favorite Quote". Create a signature that will follow all your posts in the discussion forums. Click on Edit Options to select your email options, to subscribe to threads automatically when you reply, and receive email updates to your threads. While in your user control panel look around to find other important links to your private messages, your buddy list, a place to find all your posts (once you have posted in our discussions), a link to your blog (if you have created one).

Explore the Forums and read through discussions. Participate by clicking "REPLY" while reading a thread discussion, typing your reply and click SUBMIT. Start a new thread inside a forum by clicking "NEW THREAD" button. When you create a new thread you are creating the starting conversation in the discussion. The topic is yours!

Browse through the articles and read through the Blogs. Create your own blog by clicking GET BLOG/JOURNAL.

From your User Control Panel you can update your profile, change your signature, upload an avatar, create a custom title, read and send private messages, manage your thread subscriptions, manage your profile photo and more!

Join the G3 Club and earn badges for completing challenges in all eight categories of the GGG website. Enjoy added smilies for discussions, blogs and private messaging. Upload an additional photo to your profile. Attach photos and files to your discussions. Receive a member gallery for additional photos. To join the club, simply post 10 times in the discussion forums. You will be automatically upgraded to G3 club!

As a G3 Club member, activate up to 3 Challenges at one time, no more than 1 challenge in each category at a time to earn badges for your profile. Some challenges are short (one week) and some are longer (up to 6 months) but all will encourage you to a better you!

Take note of the links that are at the top of the website pages including links to our eight category areas: Health, Career, Relationships, Finances, Hobbies, Home, Spirituality, Beauty. Visit these links to explore and discover articles for these categories, resource links, and more. Notice the links on the left hand column. Soon, you will find your way around the website and will think its "easy as pie!".
